Application characteristics: the GX-6 is a nucleating agent special for polyethylene, and a type of α-crystal nucleating agent for polyethylene. Its prominent characteristics are to significantly improve the crystallization speed of polyethylene melts and reduce the spherulite size of polyethylene resins, further improving the light transmittance of LLDPE and HDPE as well as the mechanical properties of the products. In particular, it greatly shortens the molding cycle of UHMWPE and minimizes the warpage and deformity of the products, thus enhancing the rate of qualified products.
